Antonio Rubbo manages design and construction projects developed by MacFarlane Development Company. He manages all aspects of the design and construction process including scopes, budgets, schedules, and all major consultants and contractors hired by the firm. He works to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and in compliance with the design vision as well as regulations and industry standards.
Career Overview
Antonio is licensed as a Civil and Structural Engineer in California and has more than 30 years of building design and construction experience, the last 20 of which have been almost exclusively for MacFarlane Partners. He has worked on projects totaling more than six million square feet and over $3 billion in costs. Among the projects he has helped build are Park Fifth, the Hotel & Residences at L.A. Live, The Century, 1100 Wilshire, Met Lofts, The Mercury, Trademark and Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center.
Past Experience
Antonio began his real estate career as a structural engineer with Degenkolb Engineers in 1993, ultimately advancing to the position of associate principal, where he managed and structural designed and construction focused on major health care projects.
