Victor MacFarlane’s PREA “Viewpoint” Interview

Victor B. MacFarlane, chairman and chief executive officer of MacFarlane Partners, recently sat down for a video interview with Greg MacKinnon, director of research for the Pension Real Estate Association.
In the interview, which is part of PREA’s Viewpoint series of conversations with institutional real estate industry leaders, Mr. MacFarlane discussed real estate pricing, the densification of the suburbs, the importance of public-transit access, and changing parking requirements in new development projects.
PREA is a non-profit trade association for the global institutional real estate investment industry with more than 700 member firms worldwide, including pension funds, endowments, foundations, Taft-Hartley funds, insurance companies, investment advisory firms, REITs, real estate operating and development companies, and industry service providers.
